How to Setup an RSS feed with Safe-Tag
Step 1
Download and install RssReader or any other RSS client software you prefer. In this walkthrough, we will go through setting up Safe-Tag on RssReader only.
 Click to download
Step 2
After installation, run the software by clicking on the Start Menu > Programs > RssReader > RssReader
When the software has loaded, click on "Add" button on the toolbar.

Step 3
In the window that pops up, type your Safe-Tag ID's feed URL. This is in the form of: http://rss.safe-tag.com/?id=SAFE-TAG_ID replacing SAFE-TAG_ID with your tags appropriate ID.
Click Next

Step 4
Change the title you want set for the tag, or leave it as it is.
Click Next

Step 5
Click Ok

Step 6
To force the software to check more often for notifications, Right-Click on the title of the feed, and click on "Feed Properties"

Step 7
In the "feed properties" window, click on the Drop-Down menu labeled "Updates". Select how often you want the software to check for notifications. Safe-Tag recommends setting this to "10 Minutes"
Click Ok

Congratulations!
You can now click the "red x" on the top-right corner of RssReader's window. This will make RssReader minimize itself to the System Tray, where it won't be in the way. When something happens with one of your Safe-Tags, a little bubble will pop-up to let you know.
